You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access StayMatrix. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. You agree that all registration information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.

2. Software Usage & Data Ownership

StayMatrix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our platform for your PG and hostel operations. You retain all copyrights and any other intellectual property rights you already hold in the operational data you submit or upload.

Limitation of Liability (Startup Clause)

While we strive for perfection and high availability, StayMatrix is a growing platform and software can occasionally experience bugs or temporary downtime. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayMatrix and its creators shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data resulting from the use of our platform. By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
